In 98 days of my whole trip I was in the saddle for 90 days, total distance was 7337 kms, av. distance per day was 73.75 kms, average speed in movement was 17.4 km/h, max. speed was 77 km/h, Highest Point in the Rockies in Canada was 2389 m, elevation: 45661 m, descent: 45657 m - which tells me that my finishing point on James River must lie a little higher than my starting point in Vancouver. 🙂
